Yes — partner accounts are always free. Here's how it works by plan:

• InterviewSync: 100 free partner accounts. Use these for candidates, external interviewers, agency recruiters, or assessment providers.
• ClientSync & EnterpriseSync: Unlimited free partner accounts. Invite as many clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders as you need.

Partners can share availability and receive bookings through your branded scheduling pages without needing a paid TEAMCAL AI subscription. They only see what you explicitly share with them — no access to internal calendar data.

Yes. You can cancel your TEAMCAL AI subscription at any time directly from your account settings — no cancellation fee, no lock-in period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current period, and account data is deleted upon cancellation. For annual plans, contact support@teamcalendar.ai for options.

TEAMCAL AI uses AI through two components — Zara AI (scheduling assistant) and ADI (Augmented Decision Intelligence, the coordination engine). Both are used exclusively for scheduling coordination.

What AI processes: Availability patterns, scheduling preferences, and meeting logistics.

What AI never processes: Calendar event titles or descriptions, meeting notes, email content, personal communications, or any sensitive business content.

No calendar content or personal communications are fed into external LLM models. AI processing is scoped to availability metadata and scheduling optimisation only. All AI processing occurs within TEAMCAL AI's AWS infrastructure.
