Your data stays yours

By using teamcal.ai (the "Website") and/or a TEAMCAL AI account (the "Service"), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. The Service is designed and operated by Calndr Inc. ("TEAMCAL AI").

This policy was last updated April 2026. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an announcement on the website or sending an email.

We collect anonymous data from every visitor to monitor traffic and fix bugs — including web request data, IP address, browser type, browser language, and timestamps. No personally identifiable information is collected at this stage.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Full name and job title
• Email address and company name
• Location (for timezone purposes only)
• OAuth token to connect to your calendar provider
• Billing information — processed and stored exclusively by Stripe (card numbers never reach our servers)

We use cookies to store session information. We also store timezone preferences in your local browser cache for performance. Providing additional optional information (such as a profile picture) is always voluntary.

TEAMCAL AI accesses your connected calendar only in real time to find available time slots and display upcoming meetings. We do not store event titles, attendee lists, notes, locations, or any other calendar event content.

Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models. We do not use Outlook Active Directory data for LLM training.

We use your personal information only to:

• Provide and operate the TEAMCAL AI service
• Communicate with you about your account and the service
• Process billing and subscriptions
• Improve service performance through aggregated analytics

Your data is never shared between accounts (unless you explicitly choose to share). We employ industry-standard security to protect against unauthorized access. Off-site backups are securely encrypted.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After an account becomes inactive, data is deleted after 1 year. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

• Access your data: Log in and go to Settings → Profile
• Transfer or delete your data: Email support@teamcalendar.ai
• Delete your account: Go to Settings and follow the account deletion steps

We do not share personal information with third parties except in these cases:

• To fulfill a user's explicit request (e.g., sharing a booking page with an invitee)
• To enforce our Terms of Service or comply with legal requirements
• To detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues
• With infrastructure providers: AWS (hosting), Stripe (billing), Google Analytics (anonymized traffic only)

Only aggregated, anonymized data is shared with analytics services. You may use content-blocking software, though this may affect our ability to identify errors in your account.

We may send you emails about the service, new features, or billing. You can opt out of marketing emails at the bottom of any such email. Some transactional emails (billing, security alerts) cannot be opted out of.

The service is operated from the United States. If you are visiting from outside the U.S., you agree to processing of personal information in accordance with this policy.
