We dont allow cross border data transfer.
Data from different regions will be segmented and isolated to comply with residency requirements. Data collected in the EU will be stored and processed on servers located within the EU, separate from data collected in other regions. Right now we only operate in USA and store all data in USA.
We use AWS for storing or processing data which adhere to the data residency requirements. We verify that the provider’s data centers are located in compliant regions.
We have processes in place to regularly audit and monitor data residency compliance, ensuring that data remains within the approved geographical boundaries and that any violations are promptly addressed.
Data residency requirements might affect the operation of large language models, particularly in terms of latency, performance, and access to data for training or inference purposes.
